now that he was stood in front of him, the words seemed to falter but he knew that he had to get it out. if he ever stood a chance with them again, then he had to say it. it had taken him so long to be able to realise that it was the case - mostly because he was just too scared to let himself be that vulnerable. he couldn’t help it. he had never said it and meant it to anyone in his life. “i love you.” he sighed. “i know i should’ve told you when you said it a while ago ... but i love you. and i hope i’m not too late.”

once again, after a match, alec found himself in the medic bay with them... and he couldn’t help but smile a little. even if the first thing that they did was start telling him off. “i don’t know why you always have to give me so much lip.” he muttered, shaking his head a little. “it’s hockey. it’s always gonna be bloody, what did you expect?” though alec knew that he made it worse by getting into it with some of the other team after a game - pretty much every single time. “didn’t you sign up to this?”

alec sighed as they were stood in the elevator. he thought that these kind of things only happened in the movies - and at the worst time possible. he looked to the side of him, at his ex girlfriend and sighed. they had been in there for a while now and alec was hoping that they’d be out of there soon. the electricity was off though, so he had an idea. he chuckled as he turned to her, standing between her and the doors. “what do you say we have some fun?”

alec smirked as he looked down at grace. his length was running through her wet folds. he knew how much she wanted him but he wanted to hear it from her. he wanted to know. his hand were on her hips and the second that she satisfied him. the second that she told him what he wanted to hear, he knew what he would do. “tell me, grace.” he growled. alec had known graces boyfriend for a long time and when he hadn’t paid him, he had gone straight to her. he knew that he would get his way, one way or another and it certainly seemed like she was enjoying herself. he knew that this wouldn’t be enough to satisfy him but for now, it would have to do.

alec knew that he wasn’t good for her. it was why he had broken up with her, why he hadn’t responded to her messages. but if he was honest, he missed her. he missed her a lot. and so finally, he gave in and asked her to meet him. when she agreed, he made sure it was somewhere public, away from most everyone but in a decent place anyway. “hey..” alec muttered as he looked up at lennon. she was just as beautiful as he had remembered her being, that was for sure. but now she was here, he wasn’t really sure what to say to her.
